No complaints. The room was relatively large and very clean. It felt like an apartment. Very thoughtful amenities like free breakfast and free ice cream and alcohol in the evenings. The staff were very friendly and professional. It was very quiet despite being next to a main road. 11 minute walk to nankai namba station for the airport train. 5 minute walk from the metro station. Large supermarket across the street and a large daigoku pharmacy next door with English, Korean, and Chinese speaking staff. My only suggestion is that they install towel bars as we could not find any good place to hang towels when having a shower.

Free drinks and ice cream in restaurant during open hours is a plus. Also room is large enough to open luggage’s without blocking walk way

Slightly disappointed when my partner and I knew that the hot spring bath facility was closed during that period, luckily there was a famous public bath nearby so we could enjoy the hot spring. The customer service and cleanliness is perfect, the freshly baked bread provided everyday is terrific. Nonetheless, the room is not sound-proof enough and busy traffic nearby. We purchased pairs of ear plugs to handle it.

Great value for money

Room was comfortable and clean. The free ice cream, coffee, drinks & breakfast was lovely. We even did laundry here! It is a little bit farther away from all the action (15+mins walk), but was nice and quiet for sleeping

Relatively spacious rooms, basic free breakfast, free soft drinks and alcoholic drinks in the evening

great accommodation for the price. i paid around 6,800¥ for one night (3pm-10am). a lot of free stuff. all you can eat bread at breakfast, all you can drink beverages ( free alcoholic drinks at night time). all people on the front desk are very friendly and helpful. foreigner friendly, elderly friendly (they have elevator) 👍 highly recommend this place
