Hôtel très bien situé : au cœur de Namba, tout en étant très calme dans une petite ruelle. Personnel sympathique et bonne recommandation de resto à proximité ! Par contre les chambres sont assez de base (petite).

Chambre agréable, taille raisonnable si peu de bagages. Hôtel tout proche de namba sans être dans la frénésie. Cadre agréable.

Excellente situation au cœur des quartiers animés d'Osaka (Namba, Dotonbori) mais au calme d'une ruelle. À proximité immédiate d'une station de métro, les gares de Namba ne sont pas loin non plus. Belle décoration minimaliste récente, personnel extrêmement serviable, propreté irréprochable. Chambre twin relativement petite (attention aux bagages encombrants), mais les lits de 120cm sont confortables et l'équipement est complet. Il y a même un téléphone mobile 4G dans chaque chambre, vraiment top pour s'orienter en balade. Salle de bain petite et compacte. Seul inconvénient mais mineur: les odeurs de cuisine qui proviennent de la rue par moment. Possibilité de prendre le petit-déjeuner sur place mais nous n'avons pas testé. Restaurant de nouilles udon sur place également mais il semble pâtir de la concurrence des alléchantes spécialités culinaires disponibles à 2 pas. Bref, un hôtel à recommander pour savourer Osaka avec classe et sans prétention !

We stayed in the family suite with 6 bunk beds for our family of 5. I did not have a pleasant stay and considered leaving on the first day, but decided not to since we were only there for 3 nights. Pros: walking distance to Dotonbori and subway stations. Cons: beds are not mattresses but more like futons, very thin and uncomfortable like sleeping on the floor. They also creak loudly whenever someone moves on the bed. The hallways are dingy and cold, and you can hear dogs barking throughout the day and people coming and going from their rooms. The laundry room is located in a back alley where they also use as a storage space. Laundry is also overpriced compared to ones we used in Tokyo hotels. The washroom is extremely small, and poorly laid out considering how big the rest of the room is. They could have expanded the washroom and cut off half the living space instead. Room isn't as pretty as the pictures, expect to see scuff marks on the walls. Surrounding area is safe but lots of garbage everywhere from all the party goers. Also they only offer luggage delivery if the receiving hotel agrees to pay on delivery, otherwise you'd have to bring your luggage to the Yamato office located 5 minutes away, which is what we had to do.

Rooms were small, but we didn’t need to spend any time, other than sleeping, so was fine. Staff was great and all spoke English.
