這間住宿的唯一優點是離地鐵花園町站很近 ，車站一出來 就是一間很大的超市 ， 超市樓上有百元商店 ，對面還有大國 房間的門鎖讓人覺得很不安全，空間 雖然很大但是十分陽春， 只提供廁所的衛生紙 ， 沒有面紙， 唯一的鏡子是洗手台那一面小小的鏡子 ， 雖然不可穿鞋進入 但是整個房間 清潔度不佳 ，榻榻米的角落還有頭髮 ，第一天跟第三天住宿的時候還抓到跳蚤 ，客廳的 地毯也蠻髒的 ，房間沒有窗戶所以有很重的黴味 ，浴室有兩個洗手台其中一個洗手台週圍有發黴的痕跡 ，廚房放鍋子的地方也蠻雜亂的 ，提供的餐具 不是瓷器而是 可微波的塑膠餐具 （有幾個應該是無法洗乾淨）， 住過許多民宿這一次的民宿的感覺差到不行， 可惜了這個住宿地點 ，房東如果針對這幾點好好改進， 應該會成為很好的住宿選擇

整體安全感欠佳

因為我們住的天數比較久加上我們有自己煮飯的習慣，回收分類的物品比較多，中間雖然有請工作人員幫忙取走回收物品（不希望人員進房，我們已放在門外），但外出後發現服務人員一樣也有進到我們的房內，後面幾天沒有通知也依然會主動進房，但我們房間都放了重要物品，也會有是否不安全的疑慮
