Location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the East gate of Shin Osaka Station. At the end of the East Gate corridor, take the elevator at the right corner (quite hidden). Cross the street on the right, go right n then left and all the way straight ahead for about 100 metres. 2 options of Breakfast available: Japanese or Western. We checked in at the main block, slept at another block and ate at a 3rd block.

Perfect base for using JR pass for daytrips

Spacious,clean and nice modern room with 3 beds. Perfect location for our daytrips with our Japan rail pass. Hotel is next to the shinkansen/jr station and also close to the metro to Dotonbori.

Short walk from Shin-Osaka Station as long as you use the right exit. We learned the hard way that the Central Exit was wrong from the station and ended up getting a taxi after Google Maps had us walk around in a circle. The stay was pleasant overall. My main complaint was a smell of mold in the bathroom. I couldn't see mold but could smell it. The bathroom may need better ventilation.

The hotel is close to stations, quiet and serves breakfast. We couldn't have proper brekkie from 7am, they offer takeaway muffin and drink. Helpful staff and will come back again.

Dont Give This Hotel A Miss!

The location was ideal for us as it is near train station. We were in the Annexe rooms which look new and definitely clean. Will definitely stay here if in Osaka.

About 10 min walk from the east exit of Shin Osaka Station. They provided breakfast but a choice of Japanese or Western, no bad though.

Super-convenient, located about a five minute walk from the Shin-Osaka train station. Simple, no-frills, but still very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was very good. Would recommend to anyone who is arriving very late at the station or departing very early in the morning!

It was clean but the room was the typical very small Japanese hotel rooms. The breakfast was standard but the people I encountered during my stay were very nice and friendly, especially the old ladies who I assumed were the bed-makers. Located not far from station.

I only booked this hotel to be close to shin-Osaka station. Wasn’t expecting much but it was very nice. The staff was very attentive. The breakfast was satisfying and you could choose between western or Japanese the day before. Highly suggest this hotel if you’re using it as a base camp to get around.
