A clean and affordable stay in downtown Oshawa.

This was a property that was bought and repurposed as a hotel. The walls were super thin and we couldn’t sleep because of people coming in late at night and we could clearly hear them talking. Until better sound proofing is installed, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The staff was great, super nice. the issues I had was the room it had a broken floor in the bathroom, the shower was broken the door didn’t stay closed, there was a light bulb out in there making it pretty dark, the sink tap was broken didn’t stay on,nothing had Been wiped down there was what looked to be toothpaste on the mirror and sink there where dirt marks all over the walls,the only nice thing is the bed seemed clean and the towels seemed clean. was very disappointed with the condition of the room have stayed here before and had an amazing time and everything was super clean and incredible. our room being like this during this stay to say the least was super disappointing and that doesn’t even seem like a strong enough word.

Rooms are nicer than expected for the price. The location is ideal, close to restaurants, shops, convenience stores, bars, and clubs ( but you cant hear them.
The staff are exceptional! Very friendly, helpful, and eager to make sure you are comfortable and content. I will stay here again.

Wifi issues...'free' breakfast..toast and coffee....juice machine no working.
Place is falling apart
Warch out for parking lot..drove over a catch basin civer ..it popped up and hit bottom of car had to maneuver several times to get out
