Great location just :10 walk from National Theatre train station, and so centrally located that nearly all tourist sites were within :15 walk (including ferry to museums like Fram). Spacious room & bath. Excellent breakfast buffet too in a light and pretty room.

The breakfast in the morning and the location of this hotel are outstanding. The front desk personnel took care of your every need. Just clean amazing rooms. Our bed mattress needed to be replaced, but that is common. Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel was in a good location. Great buffet breakfast, but the service was just ok. The staff wasn’t that friendly or very helpful. Not sure if it’s worth the VIP status. I probably should have stayed at the Grand hotel Oslo next door if I was going to pay the same for a more boutique hotel but not have a personalised service

A very central hotel, you can walk to most sites. Excellent choice at breakfast. Sadly no water in mini fridge or milk. No teaspoon for T bags. Only 3 T bags per day for 2 people?! But these are minor issues, we had a fantastic time.
