Hôtel bien placé pour visiter Oslo. Tram direct centre Oslo à 15 minutes à pied de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner correct sauf pour nous le lundi. Peu de clients dans l'hôtel. Pas possibilité d'avoir du lait froid. Il y avait un buffet spécial yaourts laits différents et müesli quasi inexistant le lundi. Dommage.

The quiet location was wonderful and the view from the terrace very nice as well.
Unfortunately, I got very disappointed on the last day of my stay upon check-out time.
As I had to check-out early, I asked the front desk 2 days before checking out, if it would be possible to get a box to pack my breakfast out, as I will not have the time to eat before leaving.
The front desk personnel said they can prepare a breakfast box for me; which was great.
On the day of check-out, the breakfast box was not ready; the front desk goes to check with the kitchen, and he comes back with a couple of croissant and a ham & cheese sandwich on a porcelaine plate; so I tell him I don't have the time to eat it now, that was why I asked for a box; then, with his bare hands that were just on the computer keyboard a couple of minutes ago, and he grabs the food, puts them in a plastic bag and hands it to me.
I say "please look into why this happened", as I stopped by the front desk and called a couple of times to make sure this ware ready in time, and he responds, "well, what I picked up for you is nearly what you would have gotten in your breakfast box, so..."; I think he wanted to say "what is the problem? you should be satisfied?"

Personnel a lecoute et toujours souriants manque juste des mini frigo dans les chambres pour les longs séjours

Publié le 6 nov. 2020 sur HotelsSéjour en famille avec notre bébé de 2 mois. Le lit bébé demandé a bien été placé dans la chambre pour notre arrivée. Personnel aimable et serviable. Nous avons adoré le système de boissons chaudes et froides ! Ingénieux. Par contre très difficile de trouver la chambre qui se trouvait dans un autre bâtiment !

Oslo en pleine nature
Publié le 15 août 2018 sur HotelsSéjour à Oslo tout en profitant de la nature. Personnel accueillant et très professionnel. Petit déjeuner top avec un excellent café. Station de métro à 10 minutes à pied toutes les quinzes minutes.
