This hotel has a great location, amenities, and staff. The rooms are clean, functional and modern. Includes in room coffee machine (Nespresso type) and water. Bathroom is spacious, and our room had a shower and tub, separate. The beds had only comforters, which were a bit warm in June. The staff was friendly and helpful. Spoke English. VERY centrally located to sights, food, shopping and transportation. Was very easy to walk around the area, and safe.

First trip to Norway and we selected this property. Perfect location next to the central station so easy to get to and from the airport, plenty of tram and bus stations nearby. Hotel itself was pretty clean and modern, kept tidy with staff who professional at all times. The breakfast was very good but issues around seating but getting their earlier enough should alievate that. Room was a pretty good size with a nice balcony, which allows smoking for those who do. Bathroom facilities clean and modern with plenty of nice shower products. Minibar in the room as well was responsible priced. However, my issues with the room was the aircon barely kept anything cold and with the balcony open you're subject to outside noise. The bed as well was good but the pillows, far far too soft to sleep on. Wife had to use cushions from the sofa. Despite the issues we encountered we would recommend this hotel, and when we return to Oslo we've agreed that we'd be booking here.

This hotel is so conveniently located, right across the street from Oslo Central Station. It's easy to take the airport express train to and from there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue was that our room contained a used, wet towel when we arrived, but the staff took great pains to correct the issue and even provided us with a free gift to compensate.
