The residence 'Grüne Düne' is located in the heart of Baabe in Rügen only 50 metres away from the sandy beach. The apartment 'Meeresrauschen' was assigned with five stars from the German Tourism Association. The meditterranean style of the house in the pinewood provides a special and cozy atmosphere. The 90qm domicile has two bedrooms and accomodates four people. The wonderful view of the beautiful surrounding area can be enjoyed by means of big panorama windows and three terraces which sourround the penthouse. The heart of the apartment is the living room with a pyramid roof and a fireplace. From the north terrace you have a wonderful view over the Baltic Sea. The apartment is premium equipped with a kitchen that includes a dishwasher, a fireplace, a floor heating, air conditioning, a parking space in the basement garage and a sauna.
