Hot tub was down ad pool had no heater

We do apologize for the unforeseen issue, with the pool & hot tub, that you experienced during you're stay with us. We are waiting for the part to replace the heating element. I can assure this is an isolated issue. We hope you will give us a chance in the future and we hope to see you again when your travels bring you back to the area!
