Disappointing !

The loud thumping music, both in the lobby and in the restaurant, was annoying to say the least . Who is managing the hotel? A bunch of twenty year olds? The music was unbearable. Have these ignorant, illiterate young kids never heard of Mozart or Vivaldi? I came to spend 3 nights in a four or five star hotel; I didn’t come to be tortured. The parking situation was terrible! There were no in and out privileges! I had to take a cabs to visit friends. There only one handicap parking spot for the entire hotel and it was at least 300 feet from the door. I was told at the desk that mall was in charge of parking. Really! Do you not have the responsibility to look after the needs of your guests? The dining room was closed on Saturday; in a hotel of that size you do not provide dining services? And they call themselves a 4 star hotel!? The receptionist told me that they were giving me a room upgrade. I would like to see what a regular room looks like. I must say that the breakfast experience on Sunday was excellent and I left the waitress a nice tip, apart from what I left on the bill. The concierge was gracious enough to send to our room a complementary cheese platter and a bottle of wine. However, if the people in charge do not take the necessary steps to resolve these issues are only band aid solutions. I will end by saying that according to the person at the desk I am not the first to express these concerns.

A wonderful stay in a very nice hotel that was so close to all the Canadian government areas. We totally enjoyed it. Parking was the only issue. Its expensive and you have to guess how long you need to pay for. Once you drive out, you pay again.
