Nice and clean. Beautiful surroundings. Unable to have the vehicle at the room but they provide a ride whenever needed. Takes you and the luggage to the door. The restaurant and bar only open Thursday thru Saturday this time of year. I missed that. Small rooms, but would stay again.

The property was amazing! The grounds were stunning and well taken care of, the path to the Devil's Punchbowl and beach were so close and the views were fabulous. 10/10, would definitely stay at this beautiful property again.

The location is stunning and the staff was wonderful. There’s definitely a lot of walking but they do have a golf cart that they help bring you to and from your room if needed. The view is absolutely stunning and we had the beach all to ourselves one of the nights. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great the first day. The second night, the adjacent condo did sone remodeling ( I guess—it made noise). It lasted past 11 pm and was very annoying.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. The pathway has beautiful flowers. Our room was a short walking distance from the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again.

We had a great stay. The condo was nicely decorated comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. The weather was great and I would rate the view of the ocean and 8 out of 10.

The view was great. I booked a room for 2 adults with 2 beds. I did get a room with 2 beds, but the beds were separated by a bathroom and a sliding closet door. This looked like a room for a family where the kids could be separated from their parents. The furniture looked liked it was bought at the goodwill, it was pretty beat up. The Wi-Fi was spotty. And trying to work the TV was a nightmare. I do love The Inn at Otter Crest, but this one room was pretty bad.

Staff was not friendly or helpful. We arrived in the evening and it was dark and she did not give clear directions on where to go. We felt like an inconvenience. We ended up walking around the dark property with our bags in tow. I’m sure the property was wonderful back in 1970. The room was not very clean. Stains on carpet and lumpy bed. We had an ocean view though and that was nice! The morning staff was much nicer than the evening staff. No breakfast on property. The restaurant opens at noon.

The grounds are beautiful and well kept. It is a very long distance from the parking to the rooms. At check in they didn’t explain how far we were to take our luggage which included several step inclines to get to our room. It is a lot to haul luggage. The room is nice just a little dated. There’s a fireplace but no way to start it.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable unit, beautiful property. The only negative was that our room was connect to the unit next door with what seemed to be a hollow-core door. There was a group of women in that unit and one of them had a very loud talking voice. For hours, we could hear every word she was saying like she was right in the room with us. Other than that, we had a great stay!
