River Walk Haven is the perfect getaway for friends and family. You and your guests will enjoy the convenience of historic downtown Ouray, the Ouray Hot Springs and Fellin Park, located approximately one half-mile from your home away from home. This home is located across the road from the phenomenal Ouray River Walk Trail. A tranquil two-mile scenic loop awaits with views of the San Juan Gateway.

Featuring an open concept, single level floor plan with gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room that creates a welcoming gathering space for all to enjoy. The kitchen is well-stocked and ready for you to prepare a wonderful meal. The cozy living room area with ample seating features a Smart TV, along with a canned movie projector and screen to enjoy your favorite streaming app movie after a full day of exploring. The primary bedroom has a queen bed with built-in storage drawers and a full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed, an elevated loft double bed, and its own smart TV, with the second full bathroom right outside the door.

•Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
