Welcome to our fully equipped apartment for 6 people, located just 5 minutes on foot from the center of Ourense.
Our space offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay, including air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room with a heat pump for winter, television, and a comfortable sofa for your relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, crockery, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. We have two bedrooms with a 1.35-meter double bed, and a third bedroom with two single beds, as well as a full bathroom with a shower and hairdryer and an additional toilet. Small pets are welcome.
The city of Ourense, crossed by the Miño River, offers visitors a unique combination of historical heritage and natural beauty. One of the most iconic landmarks is the Cathedral of San Martiño, built between the 12th and 13th centuries. The Roman Bridge, or Puente Viejo, is another symbol of the city, connecting the two banks of the Miño River. The Burgas are thermal springs located in the heart of the city and are of great historical and cultural importance. Since Roman times, these thermal waters, with a temperature reaching 67°C, have been known for their healing properties. Ourense is also famous for its spas and thermal baths, such as the Balneario de Outariz and Termas de A Chavasqueira, where visitors can enjoy thermal baths in a natural and relaxing environment. Ourense is a destination famous for its gastronomy. Among the most representative dishes are "pulpo a la gallega," served with paprika, olive oil, and coarse salt, and "lacón con grelos," a stew of lacón, turnip greens, and chorizo. Galician empanadas, filled with meat, fish, or seafood, and wines from the Ribeiro DO (Denomination of Origin), known for their quality, are also popular.
