This former coaching inn from the mid-eighteenth century, forgotten and overgrown by vegetation for some decades, did not even appear to boaters sailing on the Canal du Midi. But the house had charm and it became for a decade a high place of gastronomy. Ten years later new owners fell in love with the place who decided to add rooms and cottages. The whole was beautifully renovated, combining the authenticity of old stones with the comfort of today.
