Our gîte, located in Ouzouer-sur-Loire, offers a prime location between the Loire River and the Orléans Forest.

The Maison Forestière (Forest House), situated at the crossroads of the Resistance, is a significant historical site from the Second World War. Guided tours and educational events are organized there. The Étang du Ravoir (Ravoir Pond) is a unique site that shelters the Osprey Nature Reserve on its banks, complete with nests and an observation point. Ouzouer-sur-Loire offers walkers, horseback riders, and cyclists numerous trails, as well as a fitness trail.

The cottage is just 200 m from a supermarket, 500 m from the Cosson pond, 3 km from Dampierre-en-Burly (castle), 7 km from a water park (with a water play area, splash pad, and water slides), 10 km from Sully-sur-Loire and its castle, and 15 km from Gien and its castle. The 116 m² house, located in a residential area, sleeps 8 and includes:

- a living room with a lounge area (2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, QLED flat-screen TV), a dining area, and an open-plan fitted kitchen (sink, oven, 3-zone induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette/hot stone grill, etc.)
- a separate toilet,

- a closed garage with a laundry area (washing machine, tumble dryer, refrigerator) (with freezer compartment).

Price includes: heating (15 kWh included per day; any excess consumption will be charged on-site to the hosts), bed linen provided and beds made upon arrival, towels included. | Optional extra: End-of-stay cleaning at €60. The cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Check-in from 12:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM.

The price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess consumption will be charged on-site to the hosts).
