Even though there is a kitchen they will give you no dishes as it is against the rules due to no dishwasher. This should be explicitly advertised. I’m not sure that’s a hotel issue or a Travelocity one. They did give us a package of paper plates/bowls and plastic utensils for free. Room size was fine. Everything worked. Bath products were fine. Bed was very comfortable. AC/heating unit was touchy - hard to get the right temp with it being by the window instead of central, but we made due. Property is bare minimum, but for the price it’s a good value. We found it quiet. The Wi-Fi wasn’t the fastest, but it certainly was not the worst we’ve had. We spent a lot eating out due to the lack of cookware, but heating up leftovers in the microwave saved a meal per day.

The room itself was just OK. No soap in the shower pump. All parking spots were taken, many of which were being used by the restaurant next door. Spots opened up toward closing time of the restaurant. Price was extremely high for what you get.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and No Follow-Up I had a very disappointing experience at this property. The room was dirty—there were hair strands on the toilet seat and around the sink, and one of the towels was discolored. All the shampoo and body wash containers were completely empty, which I only discovered once I was already in the shower. To make matters worse, the room had a very unpleasant smell. I arrived around 2 a.m. and ended up checking out by 4 p.m. the same day, even though I had booked the room for two nights. I just couldn’t tolerate the condition of the room. I spoke with a front desk representative and also with the housekeeping supervisor, who told me she would get back to me with an explanation and a possible resolution. It’s been over a week, and I still haven’t heard anything. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property.

Comfortable well equipped room. Super friendly staff. Coffee on reception was welcome. Close to lots of stores and Coach’s Bar/Restaurant across the car park is great for food and drinks.

Our room was mostly clean but had an unpleasant smell, the table hadn't been scrubbed, and the bathroom floor felt like it needed a deep clean. The property felt safe and parking was well-lit. There were a ton of restaurants around to choose from.

All good! Our only issue was that I booked a room that slept three, but the third space was a small recliner. We made it work and didn’t ask about it or any other options. For what we got, it was very reasonably priced and a good stay!

Had a fantastic stay!

I’m traveling across the country and this was hands down my favorite stay. So clean and the bed was comfy I actually slept in and left much later than planned. All amenities were great, very quiet, felt safe, pet friendly, and reasonable price. Would highly recommend!
