The whole 3 bedrooms/3 baths single family house in Overland Park with sauna!

The entire single family house in the heart of Overland Park! Great choice for big groups, families, friends or colleagues. Have a great time in our large "saloon" with a bar and enough space for a family gathering. Indulge yourself in our sauna and have a nice relaxing evening on our backyard. The house is newly renovated and have enough sleeping room for 12 people! Don't wait, book this gem for your next vacation!

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms: one master suite with king bed and separate bathroom, another bedroom has a queen bed and the third one has two single beds suitable for kids or young adults. Main level features a nicely equipped kitchen, dining room for 8 persons and living room with two queen size sofa-beds. Downstairs has a huge saloon with bar, sofa-bed, TV, air hockey walkout to the patio and third bathroom. Our sauna is brand new and located outside just steps across the patio. Guests can also use two car garage and the driveway. The whole house is for the guests.

Thanksgiving holiday

Our family met in Kansas City and visited a number of the museums. The house was at a great location. All the rooms allowed us to spread out, but also join together and have family time. The sauna and park across the street were an extra bonus!

Lots of Stairs

We liked the location as it felt safe. Nice neighborhood with mature trees. The owners were responsive to our request to add a day to the beginning of our stay. The house was clean and spacious. Very spacious! 4 levels! 3 living areas. Probably good for a large family with teenagers. We would not stay again as the main living level did not have a restroom. Up/down stairs often. If you require accessible, look elsewhere. The garage was full of junk & an average length car could not fit. So, don’t plan on using the garage. There was a lack of attention to details: burnt out lightbulbs, peeling paint ,weeds, etc
Potential for a good rental if properly managed.

Filthy and Lots of Bugs

Appliances were filthy and unusable, we had to clean the showers our selves. Shower head was so clogged, upon cleaning/unclogging them, water poured out. Rugs were filthy. Bedding had lots of stains. Huge clumps of dust on ceiling fan. Cob webs most everywhere. Several Dead bugs in the hallway every morning. By the end of the second day the basement/Rec area had a dozen bugs crawling across it. The yard and pathways were not maintained. Kids had bug bites on them after sleeping.

Family Reunion 2022

Had a GREAT stay at both properties we rented from hosts that were ONLY 4 houses away from each other. =) Great communication with Boris and we really enjoyed our stay. Properties were in the perfect location, a nice park across the street, lots of stores, restaurants right in the area, a short drive into the city for all the main attractions. House was spacious for all of us and we had nightly dinners together with all our family. Lots of amenities, BBQ grill, foosball table, sauna, spacious bar set up. Would definitely rent again if we come back this way!

Great Space

Fantastic Space for Large Groups

Plenty of room and space for large groups. Very easy to get in and out. Check out time of 10am is a bit early but everything else was great. Boris was very easy to communicate with and we had no issues.

Great for a small get together

We held my best friend’s low key bachelorette party here with dinner, some board games and a few drinks and it was the perfect location! The house was much bigger than we expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The check in and check out processes were both simple and straight forward, the house had lots of dishes and linens, and we were able to spread out for different parts of the evening. We had a little trouble finding the house at first since the confirmation email listed avenue instead of street, but that was the only hiccup! Overall, I would recommend this home.

A Great Time

Was extremely pleased with the house. It was exactly what we were hoping for. The couches that made into beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Everyone had a great time. Will definitely rent again if we go back to KC.

Great house to gather

Nice home in Overland Park that offers multiple levels for gathering. The bedrooms are away from the two , yes two!!, basement living rooms so people going to sleep are not disturbed by those staying awake. Worked well for our family gathering.

Great owner and wonderful home.

Owner followed up with us a few times to ensure we had everything we needed and it was a seamless process with great communication. The house was better than expected and a wonderful home, we would like to rent again. Good location with beautiful trees and a park close, plus house has tons of room.
