Bad communication
Posted Jul. 7, 2023 on HotelsA beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting spoiled by poorly knowledgeable staff.upon arrival by car we were misdirected twice by the same member of staff to the wrong parking area which was confusing in itself. There was a wedding and other events that obviously took priority over hotel guests. The air conditioning in the room did not function it was 29 degrees outside.When we called reception we were informed they controlled the air conditioning!!!!!!!!. I ordered a poached egg at breakfast with some bacon I am still awaiting the poached egg.Very poor service at breakfast. We used the spa it was outstanding one of the best i have used in an hotel

Fabulous hotel. Amacong setvice and a fantastic Spa.
Only negative was that the evening menu was very adult focussed and didn't take into account the tastes of the teenage members of our group.
