1 Bedroom Guest House with sleeper sofa in the middle of 15 beautiful wooded acres just 10 minutes South Oxford with easy access just off of Hwy 7 South. Want to be 10 minutes from everything Oxford, but want peace and quiet? Great front porch, back patio and fire pit area. A grill is available, also! The main level has a kitchen, Living-room, Laundry-room, Queen sofa Sleeper, and Half Bath. Upstairs has a Queen bed and a large full bathroom with double shower heads. Property only sleeps 4 but there is plenty of room upstairs for an inflatable bed, (Not provided)

It was a sort of last minute booking for us and we were pleasantly surprised! The property is in a cool, remote area... that's not too far from town. Great find... I wouldn't hesitate staying here.

Great for game day weekend

Excellent rental with easy access. Simple but more than adequate decor and furniture. Cozy and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
