The living room has two Koala couches that fold out into queen and twin beds (all linens provided); televisions in each room provide entertainment while you unwind in your off time. The kitchen area features full size appliances to include a double oven, a standard coffee maker, and a Keurig with coffee, tea, and creamers included. A closet space in the bedroom, and empty shelves in the bedroom and living room, allow you to unpack and make yourself at home. The laundry room features a full size washer and dryer; laundry accessories included. The covered patio and fenced yard (medium sized doggy door too!) are perfect for your Oxford-loving pooches! A safety gate at the top of the stairs enables you to relax while toddlers roam. This peaceful retreat sits on 20 acres near our own home, but guests are welcome to walk the property and slip some carrots to the horses; you may even spot the owner galloping across the field on horseback. Dollar General is 2 miles down the road; many excellent restaurants are 3.5 miles away in the Oxford Commons area. But best of all, as a nod to the academic blood that courses through our veins, and the town’s dedication to higher education, this apartment is appropriately adorned with a nod to all things NERD.
