The home is beautiful with great ocean view views. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed the games and had a good supply of kids toys. Communication with property manager was very quick. I hope to stay there again. Highly recommended.

The Kid is the perfect beach get away. From the location and direct access to the beach to the roof top deck to watch the sunsets. My family and I had an amazing time and can’t wait to book again next summer!

If you’re looking for a beachhouse close to Oxnard, Malibu and Santa Barbara this is you’re place. Beach and sea view and situated on a slow traffic road. Lots of beach necessities, toys for the kids, and great central location.The kitchen is fully equipped. We don’t have any recommendations and would highly recommend this property for next travelers.

This place was great for our family of 4. Sandy, the owner, was fantastic. The location was great being right across the street from the beach. There is a vacant lot on the sand across the street so you can see the ocean from the unit, which is a nice perk. Easy 5 star review.

THE KID was the perfect family friendly getaway in Oxnard right across the street from the beach. The house was stocked with activities for kids (books, toys, games) which was perfect for the rainy New Years weekend. And you can't beat the location right across the street from the beach.
