Luna Sul Mare Condo is a lovely place to unwind and relax, The main room is an open plan space which includes a full kitchen, living room and a dining area. The space opens up to a full length balcony with panoramic views of Dawn Beach, Oyster Pond, Tintamarre and St Barths!

The unit has 2 bedrooms, the primary bedroom has a King Size bed, an ensuite bathroom with walk in rain shower, walk in closet as well as its own 50" TV with Netflix access.
The 2nd bedroom has a King Size bed with ensuite bathroom as well, walk in rain shower, walk in closet and its own 50" Tv with Netflix access.
There is a 3rd sleeping arrangement in the living room by way of a pull out sofa in case a 4th guest needs a separate sleeping solution.

The stunning infinity pool is a shared space with 15 other condos within the small complex and is often completely unoccupied. The pool has a beach entry with shallow area for lounging or splashing around, a jacuzzi style seating area as well as a deeper end for swimming. The pool deck offers lounge chairs and amazing ocean views. Most days you can even see St Barths!

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features an island, a double door fridge with ice & water dispensers , an electric range with oven, an over the range microwave, blender, toaster and American coffee maker.

The living room has a 70" flat screen TV with full cable package including ESPN, HBO etc.. & Netflix access, comfortable L shaped sofa and a seating area for reading, relaxing or planning your next island adventure!

There is a 1/2 bath with washer/dryer just off the hallway.

We provide bath, beach & hand towels Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel and hand soap. Dish soap and enough dishwasher tabs for your stay are provided.

The balcony has a high table with seating for 2 as well as a 'chill out' spot just off the primary bedroom for reading, sipping a cold drink or just enjoying the magnificent view.

The condo building is located in a gated community called Dawn Beach Estates. Dawn Beach Estates is unique for its beautiful scenery and ocean views .
Being in a residential area you will 100% need to rent a car. You can expect to drive a minimum of 20 min to get to a main town area yet there are a few restaurants just a few min drive from the condo as well as small convenience store. The island is small and there are no highways so you will come across smaller roads and traffic at times.

We include beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella so you can take full advantage of even our non serviced/less crowded beaches!
We have also put together a guidebook that explains the basics about the condo and a list of personal recommendations for restaurants, beaches, grocery stores etc... you will also find information on tours, hikes and other fun things to do.
This information booklet is printed and readily available inside the condo. Should you like a copy before arriving, do let me know and we will email one to you.

FOR FAMILIES TRAVELING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN:
We have 2 packs'n'-plays with mattresses and sheets, 2 baby baths, 2 high chairs, 1 changing pad, kid cups, bowls, plates, and cutlery, beach toys available for you to use free of charge.
