This is a quaint yet modern, clean and cozy cottage. We loved the ease of keyless entry. We loved the location for its privacy and quietness. The walk to Main Street shops was enjoyable as the town is darling and endearing with many friendly people staying there. Loved it! We recommend this property to anyone.

Comfortable Beach Cottage!!

We loved our family stay at Knotting Hill! Everything was wonderful from the cottage to Seabrook. This was our first time visiting Seabrook and we appreciated how well equipped this rental is! The host communication was also excellent. My wife said everything was cute here including the toaster. She also said this getaway was one of her best birthdays. We plan to stay again next year.

Very nice break from busy time at Christmas. Really enjoyed our time. The cottage was perfect. One small suggestion. A few more pavers from back porch to hot tub. Small pebbles stick to bottom of feet which you don’t want in the tub.

Perfect for a family getaway!

Great spot, with a beautifully maintained home, complete with hot tub, grill, and a kids' room full of toys. There was even a cupboard with family board games. They've thought of every detail, and were incredibly responsive and kind. I would stay here again.

Great New “Cottage” Getaway

The home is in a quiet, deadend loop of Seabrook, and you park and walk to your front door so no car traffic! Since the home is newer, everything was fresh, clean and in working order. The house had every amenity we needed, and my family enjoyed the backyard seating and fire pit and especially the private hot tub. The hosts communicated well and we had no issues. We would definitely stay here again!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Spotless, modern, still smells like new, and Chris is an excellent communicator making our stay very turnkey. Unit is well stocked with all the necessities. . Great first experience at Seabrook

This was our first time traveling to Seabrook. Our stay was great - the house was tucked away with lots of walking trails. There's a park nearby where we could take our daughter along with a little farm she enjoyed spending time at. The house was very clean and perfect for our needs as a small family. It was great that we didn't need to bring toys for our 2 year-old either.
