Life’s always a beach at Seabrook!!! Welcome to Life’s a Beach, a cozy 2-bedroom farmhouse cottage nestled in the South Farm district of Seabrook. Forget about the stresses of everyday life and relax in the tranquility that Seabrook always offers.
Minutes away from the beach, Life’s a Beach is perfect for those looking to create everlasting memories with family and friends.
The 2-bedroom cottage features a sunroom for those who want to bask in the sunlight while reading a book or just take a quick nap on the West Elm memory queen sleeper sofa to re-energize your soul. In the living room, you can curl up in the egg chair, watch a movie, or play a board game next to the gas fireplace.
Life’s a Beach features two bedrooms on the top floor with a king bed primary bedroom and a full over full bunk bed with twin trundle for the bunkroom. All bedrooms are equipped with high end memory foam mattresses, televisions, and upscale duvets from both West elm and Pottery Barn. The upstairs also has a full bathroom with an additional full bathroom on the main floor.
Lastly, you don’t want to forget your fur babies. Life’s a beach is a pet friendly house and your four-legged loved ones will adore all the things that Seabrook has to offer.

Our first trip to Seabrook couldn’t have been better, and Life’s a Beach was the perfect home for our family of four! We specifically wanted a family and kid-friendly place, and this house exceeded our expectations. Our boys loved the bunk beds, and it was such a thoughtful surprise to find toys, books, games, and puzzles already there to enjoy.The home is beautifully decorated, and every piece of furniture and décor feels intentional, creating the perfect cozy beach vacation atmosphere. It was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed to relax after days spent exploring Seabrook.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a fun, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed home away from home!
