Gather around the kitchen island or sit at the dining table for dinner or family game night. 

Grab the popcorn and a glass of wine and head downstairs. For extra space, Ursa Major has a one of a kind carriage house. Located under the garage, the carriage house has a large kitchenette, with a dishwasher, sofa sleeper in the living room, queen bedroom and bathroom.  The quaint space is perfect for a couple or small family.
