"A Shore Thing" at Seabrook is a cozy garden cottage ideal for family vacations or friend retreats, accommodating four guests with its two bedrooms and one-and-a-half baths. Located just steps from Crescent Park, guests can enjoy amenities like community fire pits, shuffleboard courts, horseshoes, a children's playset, and seasonal volleyball and badminton nets. The cottage features a welcoming beach theme throughout. The first floor has an open layout with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area for five, and a living room with a 42” flat screen TV, CD/DVD entertainment system, wireless internet, and Cable TV. Hot tub out of service for last 8 months

The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. The house is small which we knew. The listing said it had a private hot tub. There was a hot tub, but it was locked and we were told it wasn’t usable for the last 8 months even though it was cycling regularly. The only thing Seabrook said was “oh, sorry. We removed it from the listing.” It was still listed on Vrbo. Seabrook property management has yet to reach out to us about this. This was one of the reasons we booked this house. We were really disappointed. Seabrook is a very pretty community but very cramped and busy.

Nice house, some missing amenities

Our family of 4 +dog enjoyed our stay here. The house is small but nice, and the location was great. However, we were disappointed with the house amenities. The cable tv service did not work and when we requested help received no response. There is no TV in the bedrooms. The beds were ok, but a little noisy and not very comfortable. They only provide 4 towels, which is a bit limiting when you are staying there for multiple days, swimming, hot tubbing, etc. The kitchen amenities were very lacking - they had no bowls, only two spoons, and the toaster is a fire hazard.
