Welcome to Periwinkle Cottage at Seabrook. This two bedroom, two bathroom cottage is perfect for your next beach getaway! Located directly on the North Alder Park, this cottage is in the perfect location. The covered front porch, complete with outdoor furniture, faces the North Alder Park. The park hosts a community fireplace, complete with wood and outdoor furniture. Take a quick walk to the beach VIA the Elk Creek Beach Promenade, the beautiful Pacific Ocean is just a five minute walk away!

Need to check in at work? Simply connect to Periwinkle Cottage's private Wi-Fi network with high speed internet available to easily work remotely from your rental. Step into the Periwinkle Cottage and you are greeted by bright and cheery décor. The living room hosts a warm wood burning stove, with wood provided by Seabrook. The home does also have a central heating system.
After a day at the beach, wind down with family and friends and watch your favorite television show on the large screen smart TV with access to Netflix and Prime video.

The kitchen has all the dishes, cutlery, and gadgets you will need. Just bring your food and you’re ready to start cooking your favorite meal. The kitchen overlooks the dining and living room, this way the cook of the group doesn’t miss out on any of the fun.

One bedroom has a king sized bed, the other has a twin over full bunk with a full trundle. Both bedrooms have smart TVs that also have access to Netflix and Prime video. Off of each bedroom is a full bathroom.

When you get back from the beach to Periwinkle Cottage, unpack all of your beach treasures in the enclosed back porch.

We love Seabrook! Property was clean but furnishings were worn. Kitchen was well equipped. Brought our own pack and play but there was one on site (didn’t open so unsure of condition) and also extra bedding. Stocked with books and games for kids. Location is great- easy to walk everywhere. Close to central town area, very near indoor pool in 1 direction and playground/trails in the other. Communication with the rental property was confusing (required payment outside of VRBO system) and staff were not welcoming- seemed like we were an inconvenience.

Cute little cottage

Perfect for our family of 4 and we really appreciated that there was a lot of board games, puzzles, and video game options to keep everyone happy during the rainy weather. Great back porch and shared yard area too!

This cottage was perfect for our family of four! We loved that is was stocked with stuff for the kids like dishes, games, and movies. Perfect location for walking to the shops, pool, and playground.

Adorable, Charming, Clean!

We love our stay at Periwinkle cottage and in Seabrook. The cottage was the perfect size for our family of 3. We had all of the amenities needed to cook meals at home. Location is the perfect walking distance to town and beach. Highly recommend!
