Pacific Bulldogger is a fully renovated four bedroom home centrally located in Pacific, minutes to the Purina Event Center, several wedding venues, and quick access to St. Louis.

Ideal for a stay in the Show Me state, the Pacific Bulldogger hosts dog show competitors, business travelers, and families celebrating at area wedding venues.

Recently renovated, this like-new home sits in a quiet neighborhood minutes from downtown Pacific. It has an open floor plan for the living area, dining and kitchen, a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.

LIVING AREA

The open living area features a relaxing couch and loveseat to sit back to catch up on your Netflix series after a long day. The smart TV has your favorite apps, including YouTube, Spotify, and more. *Note that you will need to have your own Netflix, Hulu, Dish. etc. accounts to access those features.

The home also has a selection of our favorite board games for some downtime around the table.

KITCHEN and DINING

Speaking of which, the dining table seats 6 with a front row view of your family chef as we have an eat-in kitchen. No one gets left out of the conversation, whether you’re making popcorn for a movie or scrambling eggs for breakfast.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for those meals at home: a stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher as well as several small appliances that you can’t live without (i.e. blender, electric griddle, crockpot) and entire coffee/tea station with Keurig, drip coffeemaker, French press and electric tea kettle.

The Pacific Bulldogger is equipped with white place settings, Lenox flatware, sleek drinking glasses, wine glasses and unbreakable pieces to take outside to the patio for when the weather is simply glorious (or letting your doggie out for a run around).

FAMILY ROOM

The lower level family room has extra space to spread out with a second 55 inch TV, daybed couch, and swivel chair. Additionally a work space with two lounge chairs and side tables when you want to be in the same room as your friends but need the laptop at hand.

BEDROOMS

With crisp white linens and deliciously comfortable beds, your sleep is high priority at the Pacific Bulldogger. Each bed has superior quality cloud-like pillows and bedside charging stations so you can rest easy.

BATHROOMS

The clean, well lit bathrooms each have a tub and shower combo. One is en suite to the primary bedroom, one is in the main level hall and shared with two bedrooms, and the third is on the lower level and shared with the fourth bedroom and the family room.

We provide fluffy white towels, a hair dryer, and shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, as well as a bar of locally made goat milk soap for each stay.

LAUNDRY

The Pacific Bulldogger has an extra large capacity washer and dryer available for guest use in the lower level of the home. We also provide a starter of laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your stay.

BACKYARD

Fully fenced and space to run, the backyard is a dream for doggies and humans alike. We’ve set you up with a Spirit gas grill, outdoor dining, and even a set of cornhole to play while the food is on the grill.

Plus an elevated booster bath which sits directly across from the 50 amp power source for those who wish to plug in their sprinters, box trucks and even an RV.

Please remember to pick up after your dogs do their business. We have a dog basket with poo bags so you will always have some nearby to help keep the yard clean for all guests.

DOGGIE BONUS ROOM

We love dogs, and the Pacific Bulldogger is specifically set up to cater to folks attending dog shows at the Purina Event Center. This includes the garage being fully insulated and climate controlled to have a large space especially created for your show dogs.

We've also provided wire crates, sizes from livestock to Golden Retriever and everything in between. Plenty of space to add your grooming tables to groom in the garage space provided.

We do have a dog rate, plus a special rate for show dogs. Please inquire if you are bringing show dogs and let us know the breed and how many you will have with you. Our dog rate applies to all dogs on the property.

PARKING

We have plenty of parking for you! We’re adding a second driveway for our guests by summer plus there is a 50 amp outlet for a Sprinter van. Please note that using the electric is at your own risk if the electric should go out during your stay.

We stayed for a week. This was a dog show trip with our National Specialty show at Purina Farms. The cottage was super clean and well stocked. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again.

GETTING AROUND

You will need a vehicle to get around the area. Although rideshare from Uber is available, there are very few Uber drivers in the area.

GOOD NEIGHBOR

Noise monitoring: We use Minut noise monitoring devices inside the home. These do not record but only monitor decibels of sound to alert us if guests are being loud. This means louder than normal dinner table conversation during neighborhood quiet hours.

⏰ Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. Thank you for respecting our neighborhood.

Security camera: This home has a security camera on the garage door for security purposes.

🐶 Pre-approved dogs only, dog rate is $25 per night per dog plus taxes.

- If competing at Purina Farms, please inquire about the Purina Farms dog rate
- The dog rate applies to ALL dogs on property, even those you choose not to bring inside the home

💳 Credit card must be on file in case of damages. We will send you an email to authorize a $1 hold after your booking is confirmed. This hold begins 3 days before your arrival and is released 3 days after departure if there is no damage, no excessive cleaning needed, and no house rules are broken.

🚗 Drivers license will be required with our signed guest agreement after you book, along with a selfie holding your photo ID

🆔 We will perform a Guest ID verification securely through our payment processor after you book. The main purpose is to make sure no one has stolen your credit card and used it without your permission.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

You can purchase travel insurance for your reservation! The standard policy covers quite a few reasons for cancellation and applies to your whole traveling group.

Note that all new reservations have the option of purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason insurance policy besides the standard travel insurance policy. You can purchase this when you make your reservation with us, and the insurance is automatically connected to your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel before 30 days of arrival, you receive a full refund of your deposit, less a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, there is no refund.
