This is the coziest, most thought out ARBNB we have had the pleasure to stay at. The host has thought of everything including frosty mugs and wine glasses in the freezer! We loved everything about our stay and will definitely try to return on a future date.

Great Getaway Stay!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The room had everything we needed for a quick getaway. Very clean room. The property is located very close to the lake. Wished we could have used the golf cart, but the weather was not cooperating. The town near the property has many places to get food or supplies.

Sandra’s Place is beautiful

Sandra’s condo is well appointed & in a charming town. It is on lake Barkley & walking distance to the beach, park, marina and restaurant. Peaceful and beautiful.

A Quaint Hidden Gem

We had an incredible overnight retreat at this stunning rental, conveniently located just steps from the lake. The host's communication was impeccable, and the rental was filled with thoughtful amenities. The beds were exceptionally cozy, and we adored the barn doors that opened onto a lovely patio. The peaceful ambiance made our stay even more enjoyable, and we are eagerly looking forward to returning when we're in the area again.

Loved Everything!

We loved everything about our stay. The room was fantastic and everything we could've hoped for. One of our favorite parts was using the fire pit every night. The location on the lake was beautiful and the room had everything we could've possibly needed. It was a little cold when we stayed so we only used the golf cart once but it would be awesome to use during the summer. We can't wait to plan another stay.

Quiet Beautiful Setting

We booked a night with Sandra and Troy while we were in town moving from our Eddyville home. We wanted a room/space away from the chaos. We absolutely loved the place and it smelled wonderful. My favorite was the outside patio. We will definitely be back.

Great place near the lake

I travel and stay in similar properties all over the US. This was one of the best I have had. Very clean with a nice atmosphere. Beautiful patio and quiet location near the lake. There was a golf cart to use if we wanted, but we were there only for a quick stopover. I highly recommend this stay.

Great place to stay. Great water view! The rooms are beautiful. They are equipped with everything you need for your stay, including toiletries, s’mores ingredients, coffee, snacks. And the use of the golf carts was a lot of fun! We will definitely be back!!!! Top notch accommodations!
