Welcome to the Haven by Concord Sun Properties. This Beautiful historic farm house has been updated to a modern rustic charm. The open floor plan includes FIVE massive bedrooms, large kitchen, dining room, two baths, and spacious kitchen and living room. This home is perfect for large groups to gather.

You can expect to fully take in the Paducah culture with easy access to The National Quilt Museaum(7.1 mi), Interstate 24(1.4 mi), Kentucky Oaks Mall(2.2 mi), Purple Toad Winery(8.4 mi), Barkley Regional Airport(4.1 mi), McCracken County Highschool(3.2 mi), Harrah's Metropolis Casino(10.1 mi).

This unique home was the first in Paducah to feature running water. The original water tank is still in the attic. Although it is close enough to all the wonderful features of Paducah, it is secluded enough where you can retreat to peace and quiet.

We have stayed here 4 times. Always has been a good experience. Lots of beds for everyone. Noticed some up grades new couch and love seat. And updates in the kitchen. We'll be renting again.

This is a great property! Lots of room. Great seating for dining! Thank you for having quality Kleenex in many rooms. A few things to consider: The surge protector on the fridge and toaster popped a couple of times. There was not enough silverware and measuring spoons were missing. Thank you for providing a clean sponge! The can openers did not work well and created jagged edges on the cans. It would be nice to have one or two more pancake flippers as well as some larger glass dishes for microwaving. Overall, everyone had a wonderful time and we really enjoyed the property! It is clean and we'll maintained. We received prompt responses to messages. Thank you!

We came to Paducah for niece wedding. The places was perfect for mysel, my sister family and my daughter family. We could all stay together. The wedding was at Commonwealth Event Center right down the road. It was perfect.

Worked well for our group. Host was responsive to any concern. Kitchen and laundry are are well equipped. Four bedrooms are upstairs (we knew that so weren't surprised) and might be a problem if more than one person has mobility issues.

Delightful getaway

My family has a little reunion and couldn't but have asked for a better place to do it. Great location, quiet and peaceful. We had dinners together on the large dining room table and played games in the living room as well as made smores on the outdoor patio that was well lit up and perfectly designed. Loved everything about it. Thank you for the space and time. I hope there are more properties to come from this company.
