Chose this hotel over others due to its position and public seating area on a balcony to relax. Unfortunately the seating in that area was very poor with the cushions only fit for a skip. The roof covering was broken in several places thus not providing shade. The flooring in the room was lifting in many places and very dirty. Beds clean and comfortable. Breakfast mediocre.

Just your average Best Western -- affordable and clean, but no luxuries. Check-in time is 4pm, which isn't great, plus our reserved rooms were not ready by that time. The free breakfast is awful: nasty potatoes and a toaster where you have to put bread in about 3 times before it begins to look like toast!

Great location for doing the activities we had planned. Only a few minutes from airport, horseshoe bend and the lake. The pool was a great refresher in the afternoon too.

Nice location. Easy check-in check-out. Pool timings are great too and it has a good view. Lots of parking spots too. Creeking noise from someone walking in above floor is disturbing experience. Bathroom sink also had a slow water flow. Breakfast is super basic but atleast they provide it so that's plus.

Amazing location, convenient to tourist hotspots including glen canyon damn, horseshoe bend, lake Powell marina (15 min drive) and close to downtown for antelope canyon tour meeting spots.
