microwave was dirty (it wasnt cleaned), spider webs in the bathroom, asked for 2 xtra blankets and was told can only get 1 (so I was cold because others like it cold in the room so couldnt put too much heater), and the indoor pool was cold ( not heated at all even though they said and I have been to many indoor pools).
