We ended up booking this property for three people we couldâve opted to stay at a nicer resort, but we figured we wouldnât spend much time in the room so something like this would be OK. Absolutely not it is super overpriced with no amenities at all. We got charged for a third person when the room is barely equipped to handle three people you have to request everything for the third person. The water came out of the faucets brown, and we were told that the pipes are old and that they are galvanized, while that may be true Iâm not sure what that has to do with the customer,
That sounds more like an issue that needs to be resolved rather than a reason for why I should be taking a shower in brown Water. This was also a location that was supposed to be paid at property, but I received multiple calls to provide credit card information and pay ahead of time due to the fact that their systems are very slow and that if they have more than three people checking in it may be a problem. We actually looked into other accommodations after already paying we tried to cancel, but they only would allow us half of our money back. So we opted to stay the staff is really friendly and sweet and accommodated as much as they could. I think itâs more of a management issue. We found roaches, but they were quick to come up and clean, and we didnât find any more after that. Not a horrible place to stay, but if youâre going to spend a lot of money, I would not recommend staying here.
