Great View, Near National Forest

This beautiful cabin home is located in one of the most desirable vacation locations in Pagosa, just 8 minutes from town and about 15 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Basin. The San Juan River Village is surrounded by 3 million acres of national forest. You'll wake up to great mountain & forest views with plenty of areas for fishing, hiking and exploring nearby.

The home is completely furnished and very spacious with 4 king bedrooms and a trailer friendly driveway. On the main floor you'll find the kitchen, dining & living area, 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a balcony with plenty of space to enjoy the view. Downstairs there are two more bedrooms. One with a king size bed, a twin bed, a twin bunk bed and a full attached bathroom. The other with a king size bed, a twin bunk bed and an entertainment area with a large TV & seating area.

There is a blackstone grill on the back deck with a gas fire pit.

The San Juan River Village subdivision has private fishing access to the San Juan River as well as some fishing ponds located around the neighborhood. Please ask for more information on fishing.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This home does not have AC

Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.

This is a pet friendly home. 2 dog maximum unless authorized. There is a $75.00 pet fee per dog as well as a refundable pet deposit of $100.00 per dog.
