Lakeside View and Walk to Town Too! End Unit Townhome

This town home has great views of the continental divide, overlooks and walking distance to Village Lake with great fishing and kayaking/stand up paddle boarding. If you care to, you can walk to the rec-center with racket ball courts, indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, weight room, aerobic equipment and much more (FOR A FEE). City Market and restaurants are just around the corner as are the 27 hole public golf course, hot air balloon rides, bike trails, tennis courts, and fishing lakes.

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom town home with a loft, 2.5 baths and a large 2 car garage for you to use. This home will easily sleep 8 in 2 queens, 1 full bed and a spare full size sleeper in the large loft area. HDTV with satellite, DVD player, Bluetooth Bose speaker, and WiFi in the living room area with a gas fireplace. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of room to cook for the entire gang. The dining room area has access to the back deck with views of the lake, the continental divide and Pagosa Peak.

This town home has air-conditioning and forced air heat plus a 2 car garage downstairs. There is a BBQ in the garage to be used outside.

There are tubing, rafting, and scenic train rides nearby and, of course, national forest hiking everywhere.

Oversized, commercial and recreational vehicles, including campers, trailers, boats and motor homes may not be stored on the Association property.

All recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 MAX. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.
There cannot be more than 2 dogs allowed at this home per the HOA rules.

Disgusting, filthy, poor VIP communication, not well maintained.

Arr. 7-13-24, rental was dirty, dusty, cobwebs everywhere. Floors, carpet, cabinets not clean: hair, food, broken glass, dust/dirt thru-out. Corner of walls, ceiling fan blades & light fixture chain, upper windows full of cobwebs/dust. Could not turn on the fan due to dust. Deck outside completely peeling of paint on the floor & rail. Plastic chairs outside stained our clothes green due to the plastic deteriorating. Screens on the patio door/window were not attached, could not leave windows/door open. Rollers on screen/sliding door were filthy dirty/hard to open/close. Coffee table wobbled, screws missing. Couch recliner brace broken, could not use. 49 night stay, only 1 set of thin/old sheets. No supplies were replenished, no Kleenex. Pots/pans could not be used, were old, worn, scratched Teflon. Bought pans to cook in. Few food containers in kitchen, most didn't have lids that fit. No ice maker/bottle opener. View of dumpster, trash all over the ground. Walls in the bathroom were sticky, the wipe was black. There were paint knicks on most walls/corners. Asked VIP several times to meet, were too busy. VIP had cleaning come over to surface clean. Talked to cleaners re problems, they left saying we yelled at them, untrue. Asked for $1106 rental tax overchg, VRBO aided in this. Asked to leave 15 days early. VIP says they do a white glove treatment, untrue. VIP owner owns this rental. VIP experience a disaster, NO RECOMMENDATION

Beautiful Property

We just got back from a two week stay in Pagosa Springs at this beautiful condo. It was extremely well stocked if you do any cooking. The condo has a beautiful view of the San Juan Mountains. It is very close to a grocery store and Wal-Mart. Lots of restaurants nearby and in town. We had an issue with the refrigerator but VIP was very responsive in dealing with it. We took our Roku with us which was good since we could never get to any streaming channels on the downstairs TV. In spite of these two issues we highly recommend this property.

We liked being out of the mainstream of the busy traffic. For us, the property is not within walking distance of the main activities that are offered; however, that was alright with us. We found the property to be clean, very close to restaurants, shopping, and any other necessary items we might need during our stay. The drive into town was no more than 10 minutes depending on traffic. The check-in and check-out were so easy! We were completely satisfied with our stay.

Great location in Pagosa Springs with incredible views of the San Juan Mountains! Lovely, super clean townhome with everything you would need and more. We loved it and definitely will be back! Close to grocery shopping, trails, Rec Center, and restaurants.

The property had a pet urine smell and looked liked it had not been dusted in quite some time. The bed sizes were not as described in the solicitation and the management company was not responsive at all. This is a property where two people could be comfortable if it were cleaned properly. However, not quite as advertised.

Lakeside Getaway Review

Property was spotless and well located for activities that my family enjoyed. Very nice pet friendly rental that did not have evidence (fur and odors, etc..) from prior renters with pets. The central AC was a great feature. The beds were comfortable for everyone in my family. The double garage was a huge perk as my husband and son could store their road bicycles, their cycling gear, and park my SUV. I enjoyed utilizing the washer and dryer to launder clothes during our stay. A few maintenance issues were conveyed to the management company (that were not urgent) but a hazardous concern for future renters with small children, ie. screen on balcony door pulling away from the frame, heavy coffee table in the the living room with a loose support leg, and a slow draining master vanity sink. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. The only small appliance absent was a small hand held mixer (which I needed to make a dessert). Other than those issues It was a great place to stay while in Pagosa Springs.

It was wonderful!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful time at this VBRO. The whole process was extremely easy and I absolutely loved Lori. She was incredibly accommodating when my fiancé and I wanted to extend our stay. The home was absolutely beautiful with a stunning view of the mountains and the nearby lake. We will definitely be coming back to this location. It was perfect!

Weekend trip to ski Wolf Creek

My family and myself recently spent the weekend in Pagosa Springs so that we could ski Wolf Creek. The property was perfect location for restaurants, groceries and it was an easy short drive to Wolf Creek. Property was just like the pictures. Clean and Inviting. Property Manager kept in contact the whole time through text and was just a quick phone call away if needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Comfy! Awesome View!

Great Lakeview Condo

This condo was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Wonderful view from the balcony in back. Enjoyed the neighborhood lakes for fishing. Was close to a lot of restaurants. Enjoyed our stay very much.
