The air conditioner was extremely noisy, preventing restful sleep. There was a noise machine sitting next to AC, so feel like they are aware of the problem. Also Netflix was promised on the written info but was not available. Internet was so slow it was impossible to watch TV. There is not a real coffee maker in the room. There were only 2 coffee filters in the room to use with this drip system. No Kleenex in room.

Great stay! Super clean. A little noisy next to the road with construction but earplugs were thoughtfully provided. Had a blast next door at the Neon Mallard. Get the mint espresso martini!

This was a fun little surprise on our road trip through Pagosa Springs! The bar attached to the hotel is worth a visit whether you stay here or not!!

Absolutely LOVE the vibe of this hotel. The room was super cute, clean and comfortable. The only downside is that my room seemed to be the only one that didn’t have a door with a key code. My room only had a regular doorknob with a key to open it that they placed under the mat for me. Luckily the area felt safe, otherwise I wouldn’t have felt very secure in my room overnight. Other than that one small thing, I loved everything else about this place
