Nestling in a picturesque valley just 2 miles from Paignton, Our property is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Pet friendly fully fitted double width timber clad lodge finished to a luxurious standard with D/G & central heating if you are visiting out of season...suitable for 1-6 guests, the lodge is on one level with just one step up onto the decking area.
Enter into a superb open plan living/kitchen area with vaulted ceilings... the large kitchen is fully fitted including a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine & the all important wine cooler, as well as kettle, toaster & all the other small kitchen essential items that you may need to make your stay a pleasure... oh & nearly forgot we supply a small welcome hot drinks pack for your arrival.
The spacious & bright lounge area has 2 x 3 seater sofas, a modern electric fire, and a 50â freeview smart TV,... onto the dining area which has a large modern dining table & 6 chairs..
Views from both the lounge & the dining area are onto the large decking area (fully gated & pet safe) & beyond to the rolling hills.
The outside area itself has dining table & 6 chairs, a gas BBQ ..& a private 5/6 seater Hot Tub perfect for those long evenings, outside lighting & a wet storage box..
Through the hallway where you will find hanging space & shoe cupboard are doors leading off to the 3 bedrooms & the main bathroom.

The whole property is tastefully decorated & furnished & is protected by smoke & CO alarms & all necessary testing to appliances is to standard. Gas & electricity is of course included.

Also on the park you can try Tennis, Table Tennis, & there is a small play park for the younger members of your family. Dogs are very welcome on the park & in the lodge & there are 2 lovely large dog walking fields/areas (one just 100mtrs from the lodge) which leads to a small pond & picnic area
The parks brand new state of the art leisure center/cafe & licensed bar, features an indoor Swimming Pool, Gym, Fitness center, Sauna, fully licensed Cafe with indoor & outdoor seating serving hot & cold meals, snacks, cakes etc & a small grocery shop.. The cafe/bar is very dog friendly both inside & out. Swimming & Gym sessions can be booked through the site (charges apply)
The lodge is a wonderful place to relax & stay while exploring all this lovely area has to offer.
