From the time we checked in the staff was amazing and very accommodating to our needs. The room was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Awesome view from our balcony. All the shops, dining and bars were walking distance which was excellent. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Absolutely excellent accomodation. Wonderful customer service. As we were staying a bit longer Quinn gave us the suite with dual aspect. Such awesome views over the Bay of Islands. The balcony was put to good use. Our suite was very spacious & exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed. Couldn't ask for more. A short walk to bars, cafes, eateries & shops. So much to do in the area. Such a beautiful area, but then New Zealand is all gorgeous! We totally recommend the Breakwater Motel to anyone visiting the Bay of Islands. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thanks so much to our hosts.

The property is beautiful and waterfront rooms are accurately shown. The views are great. Most importantly the owners are very helpful with scheduling tours etc and you can easily walk wherever you go.
