The hotel is wonderful. Clean, comfortable,great staff, excellent food, beautiful gardens. The only problem is they have this ridiculous policy where people can check out 24 hours after they check in. That's great for the people checking out but horrible for people trying to check in!!! Expedia states that check in is after 2:00pm and check out before 11:00am. We arrived around 2pm and couldn't check in to our room for hours. I can't blame the staff for following the hotels insane policy. Guests need to know when they can check in!!!

Beautiful hotel and surrounding grounds. Staff could not be more helpful and respectful. Definitely will return :).

Hotel delayed our check in till 2.45pm due to room is not ready Next day we came back at 4pm the room was not clean and had to call housekeeping Suite 201 is right above dining area and service area so beware of noise from pulling chairs and kitchen Thanks to GM helped putting chair protectors to minimal noise on my second night
