Apartment with pool on the beach of Tamariu

Apartment in Tamariu, one of the best coves of the Costa Brava. Our apartment can accommodate 6 people, ideal for a family. It has two rooms, one double and one with 2 bunk beds. The apartment is spacious, has a large dining room with access to the terrace that overlooks the pool area. The kitchen has everything you need for a family and we also have laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The pool of the apartments is large and is in a beautiful garden area. Going out by the pool you can go walking to the beach, in 5 minutes walking you are in one of the best beaches of the Costa Brava, also around you have beautiful coves to go to spend the day. Tamariu is next to Calella de Palafrugell and Llafranc, you will spend your holidays in the best area of ​​Costa Brava!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances en famille. Le coin est magnifique, l'appartement trÚs confortable, bien équipé, avec une vue dégagée sur la verdure. La piscine est grande et agréable. La propriétaire Anna est trÚs réactive à nos demandes, et le concierge disponible rapidement pour répondre à nos besoins, toujours avec le sourire. Le seul petit bémol est le cÎté bruyant de la résidence. Mais sinon, je recommande vivement cet appartement pour des vacances en famille.

Location agréable avec piscine

Prévue pour 6 personnes mais trop peu de vaisselle adaptée. 2 défauts majeurs: - le store banne impossible à remonter - un des 2 stores à lamelles cassé. Donc peu de moyens de se protéger du soleil. Communication à distance laborieuse avec propriétaire. Arrivée trÚs difficile car le lien Google map transmis qu'une fois sur place..alors que je l'avais demandé plus de deux semaines avant. 1 heure de perdue. Concierge absent. Merci à tous les voisins espagnols de nous avoir aidé pour trouver parking et appartement!

TrÚs bon séjour

Tamariu est exceptionnel: calme et charmant! On a beaucoup aimĂ© les paysages extraordinaires! La rĂ©sidence est tres bien entretenue, la piscine est grande et on trouve toujours de la place pour poser la serviette sur l’herbe. Elle est un peu plus chargĂ©e dĂšs le vendredi aprĂšs midi avec l’arrivĂ©e dĂšs propriĂ©taires qui habitent dans les alentours. L’appartement est trĂšs bien, il manque des couverts, dommage que d’autres locataires l’ai deja dit et que rien n’ait Ă©tĂ© fait. On a dĂ©plorĂ© le bruit. Les enfants ont adorĂ© faire des cabanes dans les lits superposes
 Anna est disponible pour rĂ©pondre a toutes les demandes! Merci encore pour l’ajout des jouets pour nos enfants!

Un lugar con mucho encanto

El apartamento es amplio y luminoso. Ideal para una familia. Estå situado entre pinos, con piscina, y a 14 minutos andando tranquilamente se llega a las playas de Tamariu y de Aigua Xelida. El baño estå completamente reformado, las persianas son automåticas y tanto la nevera como la lavadora son nuevas. Los sofås muy confortables. El entorno de la Costa Brava maravilloso. La anfitriona muy amable, es muy fåcil contactar con ella, nos dio indicaciones muy precisas para acceder al apartamento.

L’apartament estĂ  bastant deixat, les persianes necessiten un canvi, molt soroll al tancar les, els matalassos i coixins molt vells i bruts. Hi ha molt pocs estris de cuina i plats. El sofĂ  del menjador impossible de seure, estĂ  tant donat que et fa molt mal l’esquena. No es correspon a les fotos. Els apartaments estan bastant lluny de la platja, semblava una zona tranquila perĂČ el veĂŻnat fa molt soroll a qualsevol hora, de dia i nit. En general necessita urgentment una reforma i una bona neteja.

Prima appartement in een leuke baai met heerlijk zwembad

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het zwembad was echt fantastisch in die mooie tuin. Je loopt zo naar de prachtige baai. Enige min punt voor ons was dat we dachten een appartement te hebben geboekt met airco en dat was niet zo. Waar het mis is gegaan weten we niet. Wellicht hebben wij niet goed gekeken met het boeken. De nachten waren iets te warm zonder airco. Verder was alles netjes en zoals beschreven in de advertentie.

Perfecto apartamento para pasar unos dĂ­as y conocer la costa. Amplio y luminoso, perfecto para familias, con terraza con vistas al pinar y amplia piscina con zonas ajardinadas muy cuidadas. El plus de la plaza de parking le aporta mĂĄs valor ya que en verano es bastante difĂ­cil encontrar sitio para aparcar. Bajar al pueblo conlleva un paseo de 10min, ligero de ida mĂĄs duro de vuelta porque es cuesta arriba. Buena comunicaciĂłn con los propietarios y facilidad en check in y out.

Fijne vakantie

We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in Tamariu. In de buurt zijn verschillende zand- en kiezelstranden, waar je heerlijk kan zwemmen en snorkelen. Waterschoenen zijn zeker aan te raden bij de kiezelstranden. Het was ongeveer 10 min lopen naar t strand. Het appartement ligt op een heuvel, dus in t begin was t wel even zwoegen, maar je went eraan en na een paar dagen waren we gewend aan het 'klimmen'. Het appartement was ruim. Keuken met magnetron, oven, nespresso, toaster, vaatwasser, grote vriezer. In de bijkeuken een wasmachine, strijkplank en extra wasbak. De vaatwasser werkte niet goed bij de huurder voor ons, dus er was al een monteur geregeld die het kwam maken toen wij aankwamen. Daarna deed hij het weer helemaal goed. Iets meer bestek had handiger geweest voor ons. Verder een goed gevulde keuken. De bedden zijn goed en stevig, ik heb vaak last van mijn rug, maar daar geen een moment last van gehad. De kinderen hebben ook goed geslapen, maakten hele tenten van de stapelbedden :). De badkamer is netjes, het toilet is wel aan vervanging toe, dit staat ook al op het to do lijstje van de verhuurder. Er is goede WIFI en een smart tv met verschillende apps, waar we met onze eigen accounts op konden inloggen. Op het balkon konden we gezellig zitten om te eten of een spelletje te drinken. Het zwembad ligt aan het eind van het appartementencomplex, de kinderen konden er zelf heen lopen en lekker zwemmen en zonnen. De meeste dagen was het rustig bij het zwembad, in het weekend was het wat drukker, maar nog steeds genoeg plek om te zonnen. Ook is er een privé parkeerplek bij t appartement, maar onze bus was te breed, dan kon er niemand meer naast, wij parkeerden onze auto dus langs de straat. In de omgeving zijn er genoeg stranddorpjes en ook wat grotere badplaatsen. Enige wat ons aan het appartement opviel, was dat het vrij gehorig is, je hoort de andere mensen lopen, deuren dicht doen, de wc doortrekken, douchen enz. De verhuurder reageerde snel op berichtjes en gaf ons de informatie die we nodig hadden. Wil je een rustige vakantie in een mooie omgeving, dan is deze locatie zeker aan te raden!

Comfortable spacious apartment

Anna's apartment is spacious, sparkling clean and super comfortable, in a pretty location looking out over the wooded hills above tamariu. Lovely family beach and fun to snorkel and see all the fish. Spectacular walks in several directions -along the coast and through the woods. The pool is nice too - and it was also very useful to have parking. Anna is friendly and very nice to deal with so everything went smoothly.

Great place for families

We stayed here for several days and were quite pleased with the accommodations. There is ample room for a family of four with plenty of amenities. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances which makes cooking a breeze. In addition there are bunk beds for the kids and ample room in the rest of the condo. The pool is a few hundred yards away and downtown Tamariu is about a 10 minute walk. The condo did get a bit warm durning our stay due to a heat wave, but I would think on most average days it would be pleasant. The owner was very responsive and accommodated any questions or requests we had during our stay. Overall would recommend.

Hopefully just a new host

Arrived in the area after an 11 hour flight and two plus hours of driving to inaccurate address on the site that put us next to the restaurants next to the beach, not up the hill. After pictures of a parking spot that does not indicate the address to the apartment, we got a map with the correct location. Once we arrived it became clear that this is someone’s beach getaway with what must be the old furniture before purchasing a new set - think lumpy couch with broken springs. Place was clean. Make sure to get detailed instructions and address for the location. Tamariu is a quiet little beach town with some nice restaurants and off the beaten path versus other Costa Brava options.

Great apartment with stunning views, quiet kid-friendly pool & Tamariu is the perfect quiet retreat

We stayed here for a week with our baby & 4 year old. The apt. is absolutely perfect for kids given the owner also has young kids. We had everything which made the place a real home from home...travel cot, plastic cups & plates, washing machine with pods, baby seat, bucket & spade etc. Almost everything in the apt. appears to be newly bought from the washing machine to the ironing board which hadn't (and still hadn't on departure) been removed from its packaging. For the adults there is good cooking facilities (hob, oven & micro), a Nespresso machine (pods provided) and a large balcony quiet with lovely vista to enjoy a glass of wine when the little ones are tucked up. The complex is really nice, cut into a slope. The 20m pool is not immediately over-looked which means you aren't too conscious of the kids making too much noise when there. The shallow end is about 2.5 feet deep meaning our 4 year old could comfortably stand up in it. I would honestly say we were alone at it probably 60% of the time, with at most one or two other groups there in the other times. There is a good mix of nationalities and residents/holiday makers at the complex with everyone being very friendly, Spanish people are probably in the small majority which gives a bit more of an authentic feel. Timariu village centre with beach is less than a 10 minute walk by foot path from the complex, down hill on the way there and up hill on the way back. The hill is not overly taxing, our 4 year old managed it no problem. The village itself is nothing short of spectacular set as it is on the beach in a natural bay with cliffs to two sides, small boats bobbing in the bay. There are no waves at the beach and the water is very clear with plenty of fish to see (I just wished I had packed my snorkel). When we were there mid-June the beach was not crowded though a little busier with locals on the weekend. The beach backs onto the pedestrian promenade with restaurants. Again this was great for kids in that there were no traffic worries and the 4 year old could run about ahead of us. I counted about 10 restaurants in total catering for all price ranges, we tended to stick to the quieter 3 adjacent the main strip, my favourite Can Tonet you could get a 3 course meal with bread and glass of wine for €17 so great value. Timariu had a lovely atmosphere a little classy though not at all pretentious with no nationality dominating. In short a beautiful, picture postcard scenic get away
