It has a large terrace overlooking the pool and garden and a table to enjoy breakfast or meals in the sun. Living-dining room with sofa, TV and direct access to the terrace.
Kitchen with all utensils including cutlery, pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven and washing machine.
The main bedroom has a double bed (150 x 190 cm) and wardrobes. The second bedroom has a bunk bed for 2 persons (90 x 190 cm) with wardrobe.

Part of a beautiful communal outdoor area with 2 swimming pools, gardens, tennis court and children's play area.
First floor without lift.
