The villa was a disappointment. Rubbish in the pool. Broken window lock, broken radiator, loose fixings in the bathroom. Black mould in the shower. This place is not looked after properly and I would not recommend it. Contact with agent was poor.

potentially good but neglected

Good location with wonderful view. We enjoyed sitting on the terasse. However the swimming pool was unhealthily cloudy and dirty, light fitting on the water was loose, it was scary. This was followed up by the rental company very fast but the water was still not much better. Kitchen utensils very old and lacking (no chopping board) for this villa price range. Shower was very hot and not possible to set to cold. The Rental company seems to have limited of what they can do and owner seem to not care..?

En general hemos estado muy a gusto. La casa está muy bien y tiene todo lo que hace falta. Las vistas excelentes. La piscina cuando llegamos estaba bastante sucia pero al día siguiente la limpiaron y quedó muy bien.El tema de la limpieza en general habría que mejorar. En el anuncio pone que hay aparcamiento y no es verdad. Se aparca fuera en la calle.

Horrible

The Owner of this house clearly has no interest or no means to keep up the house properly. Literally everything is dated. The shower leaks, you can’t change the temperature of the water, the door of the showercabin doesn’t close, the toiletseat is broken, the dishwasher doesn’t work, there are no kitchentowels or teatowels, no cuttingboard and the rest of the utensils seem to be from the Stone Ages. The garden is sort of ok if you don’t mind broken deckchairs, parasols and weeds growing out of the astroturf. The view from the house is not bad, but there are better views. In general the house is too small for 6 adults. It is far smaller than the pictures suggest. We found the matrass of the master bed too hard, but that ofcourse is personal. We tried to take up our complaints with the caretaker Winahost but the response we got was either denial or delaying. It is a real disgrace that homeowners get away with ruining people’s holidays on platforms like this. Do not rent this house.
