The Folaghe Apartments are located in a beautifully renovated rustic farmhouse, just 500 meters from the main villa, where guests can enjoy the swimming pool and breakfast room. Set in a quiet and peaceful area of Palazzolo dello Stella—a charming village in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia—these apartments offer an authentic countryside experience surrounded by the serene landscapes of the Stella River and the nearby Marano Lagoon. This idyllic setting is perfect for nature lovers, birdwatchers, and those in search of relaxation.Nestled in the midst of the countryside, the Folaghe (meaning “coots”) include four independent apartments. Favoured by guests who value privacy and tranquillity, they are especially ideal for those travelling with dogs. The rustic farmhouse hosts two two-room apartments on the ground floor, while the first floor features two spacious three-room apartments—each offering a peaceful retreat in nature just a short stroll from the main amenities.

New for 2026: 24h honesty bar, paid washing machine, flexible arrival, breakfast on request (selection is limited in low season) and pet-friendly stays (with bowl and dog bed provided).

The 45-m2 lodges are suitable for up to 5 people and provide maximum privacy, surrounded by greenery and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
They consist of a cozy double bedroom, a room with a bunk bed and a single bed, and a bathroom with a spacious shower and sink. The living room is equipped with a fan to make the stay even more pleasant. They are also equipped with a safe.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, toaster, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee mocha and all necessary utensils.
The real magic begins outside, where a large patio welcomes guests with chairs and table for relaxing moments. In addition, an outdoor living area offers the opportunity to host unforgettable barbecues with the barbecue (charcoal not included) and cool off with an outdoor shower after a day of adventure.
Panoramic views of the beautiful surrounding countryside, waking up with the sunrise or enjoying the sunset in the evening.
