Great staff. Very nice and knowledgeable. The air conditioning didn’t work very well but other than that. I highly recommend this place. Loved their breakfast options too

Staff were all welcoming and very helpful. Rooms were a bit outdated, but very clean and spacious. The location was amazing, everything was a short walk away. Overall, a highly recommend option for a hotel in the center of Palermo.

We had a great room with a balcony. We stayed there the 3 nights. Breakfast, which was included, was fantastic. The hotel is very well located yet not too close to the main tourist streets which are more noisy. Would go again if back Palermo.

This is a 2 star property at best. It’s not updated, the mattress is hard, pillows are flat, the bathtub/shower is a safety hazard. They will not allow children in the pool. Sucked all around. You can also hear the neighbors breathe.
