The outdoor space also includes fun activities like cornhole and mini golf, making it perfect for entertaining guests of all ages. We enjoyed our stay here. Accommodated our family of 6, ranging from 14 to 84. Pretty much everything in the house was updated. Beds comfortable, pool kept clean, nice, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife in the water runoff behind the fence.Not really walking distance to any restaurants or bars as listed but still close to drive to major roads and shopping/restaurants.

We couldn’t have asked for a better home to rent and enjoy our trip. The home was clean and had any and everything needed to enjoy our time together with dear friends. Beautiful property

This home is beautiful with lots of upgraded appliances. Location was great for our visit to spring training. I have to agree with a previous review that the upstairs bedroom with the 2 single beds is very warm and does not cool down like the rest of the home. We purchased a fan and left it for future guests to enjoy. The common area sleeping space is the couch. There is no pull out so that is also a little misleading in the description.

Bedroom with twin beds had no ventilation. Room very warm and unable to comfortably sleep in. Listing stated double bed in common area and it was referring to a sectional sofa not a sofa sleeper. Overall house is beautifully done. But really only suitable for 3 couples.
