Private Guest House w/private entrance in a Great location close to gorgeous beaches, best world renowned golf courses, best restaurants, PGA Blvd, etc. Private washer/dryer w/ fully stocked kitchenette with a stocked mini pantry. Netflix, Roku, and WiFi. In your mini fridge you'll find a couple of bottles of water and sometimes additional beverages as well. Has a toaster oven, espresso machine, coffee maker, single burner, and microwave oven. Great little efficiency studio, very private and sound proof. Sleeps up to 2 adults. Your own designated parking spot in front of your private entrance. Extremely convenient location close to everything! Our famous Gardens Mall is a mere 5 minute drive or nice little walk on a beautiful day! The perfect stay in a great location!

Haphazard collection of plates and appliances in kitchen. Includes washer/dryer. AC worked well. Good hot water in bathroom. Tiny dining table with folding chairs.
