HOUSE GUIDELINES

➤ Keep doors closed and locked
➤ Indoor furniture must remain indoors
➤ No events or gatherings permitted
➤ Visitors must be pre-approved
➤ No pets permitted
• Unauthorized pets: $500 fee
• Hypoallergenic dogs are considered with approval

SECURITY & PRIVACY

➤ Exterior security cameras only - guest must not tamper with cameras.
➤ No interior cameras

House Rules

➤No Pets: $200.00 cleaning fee, if we see one enter on the camera. Permission for small, hypoallergenic dogs is considered. No communication on pets will result in cancellation or a minimum $200.00 fee.

➤No Parties: Parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted at this property. Any visitors must be pre-approved by the host in advance. All plans involving additional guests or gatherings must be communicated and approved prior to arrival.

Unauthorized visitors or events are considered a violation of house rules and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, in accordance with our insurance and safety requirements.

Decorations that may cause damage are not permitted, including tape on walls, glitter, confetti, or similar materials.

➤No Smoking: Not even near the doors to the inside, if someone vapes or smokes outside please put all buds and ashes in an ashtray. There is no smoking in the garage, as well.

➤No feeding the wildlife: There are beautiful birds that visit the Golden Hour, but it is against Florida law to feed them.

➤Pool Rules: Swim at your own risk, watch your children around the pool, and do not jump off the main roof or outside the kitchen roof. No running around the pool, and no food or trash left in the pool. Drink responsibly around the pool. Keep in mind that the pool is heated to 80°F ONLY from November 1 to March 1.
Wash beach sand off before entering the home. A hose can be found by the side entrance.
