Completely renovated, this property features all new furniture and accessories. The designer kitchen is perfect for private dining or entertaining. The mattress are new and extremely comfortable with 500 thread count sheets and linens. New TV's in all bedrooms and the living room with High Speed WIFI throughout the property. Spectacular private terrace features golf course and water views.

The property is located within the gated PGA National Resort, home the Honda Classic on the PGA Tour. There are beautiful parks within the community and great restaurants are just minutes from the property. Juno Beach is a 9 minute drive and is one of the best beaches in South Florida with free parking. West Palm Beach is a 15 minute drive from the property; walk the famous Worth Avenue in West Palm Beach or take a 5 minute drive to the Gardens Mall (Indoor and Outdoor). The outlet mall is located off Hwy 95 and is only 10 minutes from the property. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 15 minute away. Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is 45 minute away.

Pets that are above 25 pounds are strictly prohibited by the PGA community. If you wish to bring a pet, you must include a pet at the time of booking. I do charge a pet fee.

Bedroom 2 King and 1 Double over Double bunk bed.
Bedroom 3 has 1 Queen bed.
The 3rd bedroom is a den that is fully enclosed. It does not have a window.

We had a wonderful time! The house is absolutely beautiful. It is very well-maintained and in a great location nearby lots of great beaches and restaurants. The community pool is great. It wasn't overly busy so we were able to relax and really enjoy our time there.I would highly recommend booking here. The owner seems to genuinely care that you are satisfied with your stay. And you can tell that he's gone the extra mile to make your time convenient with small touches like some household items being available (salt, pepper, foil, etc.) so you don't have to purchase every single thing for a short stay. We loved our time here and will definitely return.

Wonderful stay!

Condo is as advertised. Everything in working order. Great views of the golf course with large screened in balcony. Can’t beat the location in PGA National. Great parking also. The community pool is very close. Would love to book again in the future.

We had the best stay of our lives! The Property was gorgeous, so clean and roomy and the outdoor wrap around was just so relaxing looking on to the golf course and waterfall. Great stay

Very nice place in the heart of PGA National. Plenty of shops/restaurants within a short Drive. This condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Could easily fit 8 people if needed. Great feature is the outdoor deck overlooking greens and fairways, very tranquil sitting out there in the AM with a cup of coffee. I was surprised how quiet it was on the interior, never heard a peep from any of the neighbors. I would highly recommend visiting the PGA National golf club, nice breakfast place there. Would love to have played a round at the club. Overall this is a great home base for a host of activities in the area.

False Advertisement of property

Scammer Photos are not the property you will be staying in similar layout but not the property. 1.Living room on VRBo looks into bedroom ours looked into hallway 2. Bathrooms are gross and one is a completely different layout 3.Ant infestation at this property 4.Stains of what I think is urine on queen bedding pad Gross 5.Mold and disgusting vents 6. Can’t use bathtub as it’s chipped and pealing 7. Broken pantry drawers 8. Minimal cooking supplies at best no oven mitts even No safety pin or date on fire extinguisher so who know if it would work in an event of a fire. No remotes to 3 of the 4 TVs in which the property owner 1st said he was checking with cleaning ppl, than the last renters took them, last it was they were there. They were not we had to go buy a universal one to use during are stay. Now let’s talk about the additional guest charge which he will say this is why we gave him a bad review. This is not the case we asked for clarification on the charge as when i originally was going to book this property we were doing 6 but changed it to 5 do to someone not comes. Price was the same. It was only after we called VRBO when we got to the property and seen he falsified his property to be better than what it is we had an issue. He than went on after and changed price for future dates. Also messaged us before we left if we gave him 5 stars he would do the same. I do have proof of everything listed as well. However VRBo don’t allow photos.

If you're coming for Golf, which most would, this is the perfect property. Minimal kitchen utencils but I would imagine most aren't renting in PGA to cook.

Great place to stay. Tranquil environment, clean unit and easy to get too. I had some questions for the host before arriving (was a little confusing w messages from 2 different names) and they were very responsive. In fact, the first morning I received a text to see if anything was needed-that was nice! Would definitely stay again

Exactly as advertised

The space was great, very quiet very clean. Pics are exactly like the real thing. We stayed for a soccer tournament and had to go to several different fields in the area. It was central to all of them and was much better than getting two hotel rooms! Great place!
