Live the exclusive Ocean Hammock life in this magnificent tri-level masterpiece - Serendipity!
Enjoy panoramic lake views and gorgeous sunsets, you will never want to leave!

The first-floor entertainment room features a 50" Flat Screen HDTV for game or movie and sleeper sofa. This room is also equipped with French doors leading to the enormous pool area. You will also find a Master King Suite complete with pristine lake views, enormous private Master Bath with a walk-in shower.

The Queen Bedroom Suite with private full bath is located on the 2nd level. Just down the hall, you will find another King Master Suite with breathtaking panoramic lake views, dazzling Master Bath with walk-in shower.

The 3rd level is Serendipity's main living space. Gorgeous granite, 42" cabinetry, island cooking space with is a chef's dream! The picture windows throughout the great room allows for natural sunlight and exquisite sunsets over the lake as another day settles in Cinnamon Beach. Here you will also find a 50" HDTV for entertaining. The Dining room awaits the days catch from the 3rd level. Open the French doors and you’ll feel the ocean breeze.
The 3rd level is home to yet another King Master Suite and Master Bath with walk-in shower and whirlpool tub! The sunsets throughout Serendipity are unbeatable.

You will have your toes in the sand in no time. When you want to head to the beach, utilize the beach supplies at the home. Take some Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella in the Beach Cart for your short stroll to the beach.

Last minute week in the sun

Without much notice, my wife and I needed to change vacation plans. We had a trip planned that didn't work out and had to be cancelled. We wanted to find somewhere that was sunny where we could sit by the pool and read books. We found this house online, and it was exactly what we wanted. We stayed one week and loved it. And the weather was great all week!

Beautiful, Clean Property Near Beach

We had a wonderful stay. The best parts were the cleanliness, all the outdoor spaces, and the distance to the beach. I took off one star for the neighborhood only because it takes a bit to get out of the "vacation home area" and just find a simple store. Otherwise, it is a great location if you want to walk to the beach.

Nice house and location

The house was very nice and had bikes and pool and beach items. Pool could not be used until day 4 of trip. Oven door would not stay shut , so until the manager got a bar to stick on it it couldn’t be used. There was nowhere to put groceries and most of the closets were locked for the owner’s stuff. Comfortable though and nicely decorated.

Weekend at Bernie’s!

We spent a week at this rental and really enjoyed it. The layout of this 4 bedroom/4 full bath allowed for everyone to have their own private space. The elevator made transporting luggage, groceries and the occasional shopping spree easy. Although the beach was within walking distance, we spent most of our days in the pool, which was very private. The house was clean and well equipped with all essentials. I can’t wait to return!

Wonderful abode

Everything was great. Love the area and everything about it. The house is an easy 3 minute walk to the beach. We have stayed at cinnamon Beach 3 times now, twice in the condos and once in serendipity. The house was amazing and has an elevator that isn't listed. There are Beach chairs, floats, wake boards, wagon, and other Beach toys in the garage. There are also plenty of other games located in the house. Bring your family and be ready to have a blast.

Great place, wonderful family location!

The property was wonderful for a family trip. The owners have certainly expended effort to decorate and maintain the house. Appreciated the bikes, bodyboards, and pool toys too! I would definitely recommend the property without hesitation. My only suggestion for improvement is to allow visitors to heat the hot tub. We would've paid more to have had the option. We look forward to the opportunity to return next year!
